The 4.5 Lakh BDT Policy

To initiate the complex legal process of company sponsorship, securing LMIA (for Canada), or employer nominations (for Australia/UK), we require an advance processing fee of 450,000 BDT (4.5 Lakh Taka) at the time of document submission.

Zero Risk, Zero Deduction

If the embassy rejects your visa due to our processing error, sponsorship failure, or any reason beyond your personal criminal/medical records, we will refund the entire 4.5 Lakh BDT to your bank account. We do not deduct a single penny as a service charge for unsuccessful applications. Your money is 100% safe.

Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

Client Documentation & Authenticity

The foundation of a successful visa application lies in the authenticity of the documents provided. Al-Shams Visa Agency assumes that all documents (including educational certificates, bank statements, employment letters, and identity proofs) submitted by the client are 100% genuine and legally procured.

  • If a visa is rejected due to the submission of fraudulent, fake, or tampered documents by the client, the 100% Money-Back Guarantee will be immediately voided.
  • The agency holds the right to terminate the contract without any refund if document forgery is detected at any stage.
  • Clients must disclose any previous visa rejections or immigration bans. Hiding such information will result in contract cancellation.

Medical & Police Clearance (PCC)

Certain visas, especially Work Permits and Permanent Residency (PR) pathways, require strict medical examinations and a clean criminal record.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to pass the medical tests conducted by embassy-approved medical centers (e.g., IOM).
  • The applicant must provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
  • If a visa is denied due to the applicant failing the medical test or having a criminal record, Al-Shams Visa Agency is not liable, and standard deduction rules will apply to the refund.

Processing Timeframes

Al-Shams Visa Agency operates with high efficiency to process your files, secure sponsorships, and submit your application rapidly. However, the final decision-making authority rests solely with the respective country's Embassy, Consulate, or High Commission.

Standard processing times mentioned on our website are estimated averages. Delays caused by embassy backlogs, additional administrative processing, or geopolitical situations are beyond our control. Clients are advised not to finalize non-refundable travel arrangements until the physical visa is issued.

Refund Processing Protocol

In the unfortunate event of a visa refusal (where the client is not at fault regarding documents/medical), our refund protocol is triggered automatically.

  • The client must provide the official refusal letter issued by the embassy.
  • Upon verification of the refusal letter, the refund process will be initiated.
  • The guaranteed amount (4.5 Lakh BDT) will be transferred directly to the client's registered bank account within 10 to 15 working days.
  • Note: Embassy application fees and third-party biometrics (VFS Global) fees are strictly non-refundable as they are charged directly by the government bodies.
